WHAT THE F*CK IS “WHAT THE F*CK” BLOG?

Welcome to my blog, which, as you can probably see, is called “What the f*ck” blog. There is so much information out there, and it can be so f*cking confusing. I think that a simple approach to everything tends to yield the best results. So my goal with my “What the f*ck” blog is to take all of that health information out there and make it simple and straightforward. I will cover everything from diet/nutrition to exercise to sleep to mindset. And don’t worry, I will also be covering CIRS.
